en route to work:
the offence: cubevan waits at 4-way until pedestrians step onto road then accellerates.
the sentence: point blank, phlemmy shot right at passenger window.
the confrontation: after my attack, the driver slammed on his brakes, opened his door, got out and shouted something. I couldn't really hear him over my ipod, but I showed him my middle finger, regardless. turns out that there was another pedestrian on the other side waiting to cross, too. so... this driver (furniture delivery) will stop his vehicle if spat upon, but not if pedestrians are walking through the crosswalk. good to know.

walking home from work:
1)the offence: idiot needed to put his car across the sidewalk without looking for pedestrians, so he could wait to pay $25 to park his lexus for the hockey game.
the sentence: regular attack, rear passenger side.

2)the offence: running a red light in front of waiting pedestrians.
the sentence: regular attack. point blank range. passenger side window.

the sentence: regular attack to passenger side windows. witnessed by another pedestrian next to me who replied "nice one!" to the attack.

the offence: yet another left turner cutting me off
